The Association of Insurance Companies in Lebanon (ACAL) released its fourth quarter performance report for the year 2013, conveying a 9% annual increase in written insurance premiums to around $1.4 billion in the full year 2013. Said increase was mainly buoyed by some 12% rise in “Medical Insurance Premiums” and “Fire Insurance Premiums”, and a 10% increase in “Life Insurance Premiums”.

تقريرها الدوري حول أداء قطاع التأمين في لبنان خلال العام 2013، حيث أظهرت من خلاله إرتفاعاً سنويّاً بنسبة 9% في أقساط التأمين إلى حوالي 1.4 مليار د.أ. في العام 2013. وتنسب هذه الزيادة بشكل رئيسي إلى إرتفاع أقساط التأمين الصحّي والتأمين ضدّ الحريق بنسبة 12% لكلٍّ منها والزيادة في أقساط التأمين على الحياة بنسبة %10
